Objectifs spécifiques
à l’issue de la formation, le stagiaire sera capable de :
- Comprendre les besoins de nos clients,
- Appréhender son profil : ses qualités et ses défauts
- Créer et gérer des animations, des événements
- Maîtriser les techniques de vente
Côté pratique
Durée : 2 jours (14 heures)
Public et pré-requis : conseillers de vente, animateurs, être en charge de la vente et/ou de l’animation- être susceptible de devenir conseiller de vente/animateur rapidement.
Programme
Moyens pédagogiques techniques et humains, assiduité
Echanges et partages entre les participants et le formateur. Utilisation d’exemples via des vidéos et des jeux de rôles. Gaming : jeu de cartes Profil individuel, création calendrier annuel animations. Débriefing individuel et collectif, Qcm tout au long de la journée pour validation des acquis et l’assiduité.
Méthodes mobilisées et modalité d’évaluation
Des qcm permettent de vérifier les acquis et revenir sur les points spécifiques. A la fin de la formation, chaque stagiaire rempli une fiche ‘plan d’action et vos objectifs’, fiche validée par le formateur et présentée au chef d’entreprise. Une Fiche évaluation rempli par le formateur est présentée au chef d’entreprise.
Accessibilité aux personnes en situation de handicap
Nos formations sont accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite dans les locaux des clients ou les salles de formations louées. Pour tout autre type de handicap, nous contacter au préalable pour étude.
